THE IMPORTANCE OF THE TIP TIG WORKSHOP: This is the first time in 70 years that a fully modified weld process has been introduced in North America. The semi-automatic TIP TIG process will have an immediate weld quality and productivity impact for any weld shop that simply wishes to achieve the highest possible weld quality at the lowest welding costs.

If you use TIG, MIG, Pulsed MIG, CMT, RMD, STT, Flux Cored or SMAW on any manual or automated high quality weld applications, we hope you can attend this unique work shop. We will show you that when the TIP TIG process is used on any application, any alloy and in any weld position, TIP TIG will always provide superior manual and automated TIG weld quality with welds often made at MIG wire feed rates.

During the afternoon at the TIP TIG USA training and demo facility at the Philly Naval Ship Yard, the TIP TIG team will provide hands on practical TIP TIG weld demonstrations on any position, any alloy, any pipe or plate welds.
We will show you automated inconel / stainless TIG welds / cladding far superior to what you are attaining with your TIG processes. We will reveal the best, lowest cost method to clad weld ID pipe,bores, fittings and valves. The demonstrations will instantly reveal the numerous TIP TIG weld quality and productivity benefits.
[] For those interested in weld quality and costs, we will show that with many open root stainless or alloy tank and vessel applications how the weld shop will have the opportunity to eliminate back gouging and grinding or using the common costly argon purge gas practices used for root weld protection.

We will show how on many titanium applications how we can eliminate or use smaller trailing shields while welding specific titanium applications at 100 to 400% faster weld speeds than any manual or automated TIG weld.

We will show you when welding stainless, inconels hastelloy metals, duplex or any alloys, a weld quality never before attained in North American weld shops.

We will show you welds on any alloys that have the smallest possible HAZ and the least amount of distortion.
